Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Are there parking places near the office?
No, but the parking garage “Urania,” as well as the Bellevue Parking Garage “Hohe Promenade” are about a 10 minute walk away.

How far is it from the main train station to your office?
About 10 minutes by foot, or four or five minutes with the tram (three stations from the “Rathaus” stop)

How far is it from the Stadelhofen train station to your office?
At most 10 minutes by foot, or about three minutes with trams 15 or 4 (two stations from the “Helmhaus” stop)

When is it easiest for me to reach you by phone?
Because I have no set telephone schedule, I ask you to leave your number in my voice mail. I will usually call back on the same day.

How quickly will an e-mail be answered?
As a rule, I reply to all inquires within two working days.

Will you provide an invoice?
Yes, you will receive a bill from me forcoaching.

Do you offer a free introductory session?
No.

Do you have psycho-therapeutic education?
Yes, I hold a degree in psychology, have training in behavioral therapy and systemic familial therapy, and German licensure as a psychotherapist.

Will you accept health insurance or supplementary insurance for psycho-therapeutic services?
No.

Do you have cantonal practice approval as a psycho-therapist?
No, because for certification in the canton of Zurich I would need, aside from my education, two years of clinical work, which I have not done.

Are you a member of a quality circle or a professional association?
No, but I take part regularly in supervision and intervision sessions.
