The “how,” the methods, the systems; they are all inventions of the mind,
thus they are limited, thus they are no good.
Yet once you recognize the truth that no system will ever free the mind,
freedom presents itself immediately.
Krishnamurti
The problems or concerns that led you to me are often only the tip of the iceberg.
They are symptoms and usually have little to do with the patterns and causes behind them.
In the vernacular, knowledge of one’s self is the first step on the path to recovery.
The moment you gain insight into the cause of your symptoms is the moment that consciousness, and thus transformation, begins.
Transformation always entails change and means saying goodbye to what you’re used to.
It can make you uncomfortable at first, since it always takes a certain amount of time before you are comfortable in your new roles.
In the end, you will be left with a little uncertainty for a while,
but this too disappears as soon as your new life begins to blossom.
Transformation seldom happens all by itself.
It doesn’t have to be this way, but it’s common that when one layer is cleared, within a matter of months, a second one appears.
Often it is a more subtle and tricky one.
